Each practice where you will be working are unique to each other, with some common threads. The practice is over 35 years old and has been a foundational presence in the community. The practice and building are older, they are enjoying the process of making changes to really modernize and make a beautiful practice and building for staff and patients to enjoy. The team is smaller and tight knit. It has a really cool vibe there. There is an obvious connection between the staff as they manage patient care and the quarks that come with working in an older practice. The vision for this practice is incredible and on track, and once it is in its finished state, it will be an awesome facility to match the incredible care that is being given and staff that are delivering it. The number one thing that this office strives for is patient experience. From the phone to the chair and then to check out, they want patients to have the best and most unique experience possible. They also want the employee experience to be good. They are flexible when it comes to personal/family concerns and love to support the staff the best they can. 1-hour Prophy and Perio main appts, 2-hour SRP appointments. Software used is Dentrix.
Position available due to the continuing growth in patient base.
